The contract between Producera Mera i Stockholm AB (hereafter "Kanalgratis") and you begins once the order you have placed is confirmed through an order acknowledgement. An acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours after Kanalgratis has received your order. If the time of delivery is exceeded, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the order at no cost until the products have been sent. Kanalgratis has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until the customer has paid full payment.To shop at Kanalgratis.se you must be at least 18 years old. Kanalgratis must also be able to confirm the customer's home address. Regarding Photofish orders: You are allowed to cancel your order within 2 hours once order is placed, after that no refund can me made. This is because it is a customized product and we can not re-sell it.
All prices includes VAT, from for orders within the European Union the VAT is based on the country you purchase from. Once the order has been confirmed, the prices may only be changed by circumstances over which Kanalgratis.se cannot control. For example significantly changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changes in VAT. No dispatch costs apply. Would the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase with no charges.
The shipping rate is SEK 69 and applies for shipping within Sweden.
The following countries has a freigth charge of 199 SEK - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, United Kingdom, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenien, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey.
The following countries has a freigth charge of 299 SEK - USA, Canada, Singapore, Brazil and Costa Rica.
Please note that customs fees may apply if you live outside of EU.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS/TERMS OF PAYMENT
4.1 Invoice (only in Sweden): The invoice fee is SEK 0. We use Klarna as an invoice provider, and you can read more about their terms and conditions at http://www.klarna.com/sv/privat. Terms of payment: The invoice is due 30 days from when the product has been sent. Klarna's terms of payment apply and you can read more about them at Klarna Invoice
4.2 Debit/Credit Card (within Sweden): We use Klarna for secure card payments. Read more about Klarna at http://www.klarna.com/sv/privat.
4.3 Direct payment via your Internet bank (Within Sweden). Payment via bank transfer is made through Klarna. Read more about Klarna at http://www.klarna.com/sv/privat
4.4 Paypal: You have the opportunity to pay via Paypal. For more information, please visit www.paypal.se.
4.5 Debit/Credit card outside Sweden. You pay securely with your card through Stripe.
OBS: Extra fees may be added upon your order by Klarna/PayPal/Stripe if you choose to checkout in another currency than SEK. This is out of our control and not a fee that Kanalgratis takes.
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Within Sweden you should ahve your order within 1-3 working days. For customers outside of Sweden, orders are normally received within 3-5 working days.
Some products can be out of stock before we have had an opportunity to update the website. In that case, we will notify our customers about the new estimated time of delivery. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if the product is not in stock. The package is delivered by DHL(Postnord or other carrier to a distribution centre or by mail.
6. DELAYS IN DELIVERIES
Delays in deliveries from our suppliers may sometimes occur beyond our control. For example when a supplier cannot fulfil its delivery obligations towards us or when problems in the manufacturing process arise. We disclaim all liability towards the customer for the damage that the delay may cause. We will always notify you if the deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost in case of delays in deliveries.
Kanalgratis.se is responsible for transports to the customers. When returning products, you and the transporter are responsible for any transportation risks.
8. FAULTY PRODUCTS
It is important that you immediately check your order when you receive your products. If there are any faulty products, please contact us as soon as possible via email: email@example.com.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PURCHASE ON APPROVAL
Private customers have the right to 14 days of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. As a customer you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods are in an essentially unchanged condition and still in its original packaging. You are responsible for the freight costs when using the right of withdrawal/purchase on approval.
Kanalgratis also offers its customers the right to exchange within 30 days from the date when the order was placed. This only applies to unused products. Within Sweden there will be a return cost on 89sek/9€. Within Europe the cost is 199 sek/20€. If an order comes back to us as not picked up by the customer, we take out an shipping / administration fee as follows; Within Sweden 129sek/13€ and Europe 229sek/23€. The rest of the amount will be refunded.
Contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, before sending us anything. We will assist with return label.
If you have any complaints regarding a faulty product, we ask you to contact us via email for more information. Write an email to email@example.com before sending us any products. Add the original invoice/receipt to enable us to identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the freight costs back to us. We always follow the recommendations of The National Board for Consumer Disputes in Sweden in any events of dispute.
Refunds are provided via Klarna or PayPal. The sum is always repaid to the same account that was used for the purchase and as soon as possible from the time that we have received and accepted the return.
We make reservations for changes in prices as a consequence of great price variations from our suppliers, inaccuracies, typographical errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
Producera Mera cares about your privacy and integrity, and strives to protect your data in the best way possible. In conjunction with registration or/and order, you agree to usage of your data as following (we follow GDPR guid lines);
Producera Mera i Stockholm AB (556755-1865) is responsible for the usage of your data on kanalgratis.se and we keep it safe.
What data are we using?
We will use the data you left to us, like name, e-mail, adres, order history, payments.
Why are we using/collecting this?
So you can easily log into your account and have the address filled out already, so you don’t need to write it again and again. Also to send out newsletters and in some cases also mail. You can whenever stop the subscription on our newsletter. (Go to your account and you will find the box), or you can click “unsubscribe” in the bottom of the newsletter. We will in this case stop sending you newsletters.
If you wish, we can delete all data we have ever collected and stored on you. Send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you further. On your demand we can give you information what we have stored on you. We will not delete data until it is asked for, in case you will come back in the future to place order and use your personal benefits for your account.
If you find the data we have stored on you to be wrong or irrelevant, you can demand amendment or removal from our register. In this case contact our customer service [email protected] .
We asure you that we will not sell or transfer any data.
14. UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES
If your delivery is sent to a distribution centre, you will receive a notification via email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for correctly stating your cell phone number, address and email address.
We retain the right to debit your account with an administrative fee of SEK 250 for packages not claimed by you as a customer.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, labour conflicts, government decisions and similar events, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
