Information

This fishingset has proven many times that it is made for big angler pike. Gator Explorer has been a favorite rod amoung anglers ever since the beginning, and it never lets you down! Gator Explorer is a strong rod but at the same time very sensitive. Choose between four different models depending on what bait you are fishing with. The rods are 2-parts.

7'10" - 110 gr
This is a really good allround rod if you are going to fish with lighter jerkbaits, jigs, spinnerbaits...

8'1" - 140 gr
Made for a little heavier fishing with jigs up to 140gr.

8'5 "- 180 gr
This model is made for heavier pike fishing with a casting weight up to 180gr.

9' - 350 gr
This model model is made for really heavy pike fishing. If you for example want to try fishing with Miuras Mouse and Catfish (as you probably have seen in FLY VS JERK 13) then this model is perfect for heavy pike fishing.

These rods combined with Revo Beast fom Abu will make the pike fishing really fun. Revo Beast is a very light reel, but do not be fooled - it is incredibly strong has been fighting big pike for a really long time. The weight is only 270gr and the ratio is 5.8: 1 (68cm per retrieve).
