Spinning Rods
Spinning rods is a good choice if you want to make far and secure casts, especially in hard winds. You can use a spinningrod for most of the species like perch, zander and pike!
What to choose? Baitcasting or spinning? With a spinning rod and reel you normally cast a bit longer and it is also an advantage when you are jig fishing and you want the lure to bounce nicely on the bottom. It is very rare with tangles when fishing with spinning gear, which makes it a great choice if you are a beginner, and later on you can advance to baitcasting. (We have great beginners set here). Spinning gear is the most common for perch and zander fishing.
